What you will do!

·      Own the customer relationship, post-sale through to renewal

·      Facilitate Customer onboarding, training, and on-going customer interaction. Serve as the anchor point of contact during onboarding and implementation

·      Serve as a project manager on big implementation projects

·      Conduct periodic customer check-ups for continuous value creation

·      Help facilitate the communication to customers on new features and releases

·      Assist in developing and executing proactive Customer Success strategies such as:

o   Webinars

o   E-mail sequences

o   Regular check-ups

·      Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas

·      Create customer success and growth for your high-value customers

What we expect from you!

·      You are fluent in English.

·      You are driven by the great customer experience and by customer relationships

·      You have experience from customer service or customer success roles

·      You prefer working in a team rather than alone and always look for ways to collaborate, share, and learn from those around you.

·      You are data-driven and comfortable in finding and analyzing data on your own

·      You have strong relationship management skills. You ask questions to understand customer business needs and success measures and are able to translate needs and objectives to a plan
