Likvido is a fast-growing and ambitious tech startup based in Copenhagen with 38 employees working from all over the world. We were founded in 2018 with the vision of creating a product that could provide companies with an easy and user-friendly solution for charging their invoices. Two years later we have more than 2.000 SME`s using our “Invoice Management System”, that automates the entire invoice-to-cash process for SMEs and thus ensuring companies time and cash flow to focus on their core business. Our long term goal is to utilize invoice transaction data to provide SMEs with working capital, and close the 400bn€ financing GAP for SMEs. We have just raised a €2.5 million seed round from a top fintech investor, and are planning our launch in the UK. Our ambition is to raise a Series A within 12 months, and now we are looking for an experienced growth manager to help us realize our ambitions.

We have a strong team of SDR`s, KAM`s, and Customer Success professionals that acquire, onboard, and retain customers.
We have a very strong management team with a very strong vision for where we are heading.
What do we need?
While we have individual teams performing great, we don’t analyze data across our teams and entire customer lifecycle. We don’t utilize online marketing and we don’t run systematic growth experiments. Therefore we are looking for a growth manager to close this gap and to utilize the huge untapped potential!
Crunch data to understand behavior and transform those insights into prioritized growth initiatives across AARRR metrics (ICE scoring)
Create an analytics framework that ties top-funnel activity (marketing and SDR`s) to sales (acquisition), customer success, and product (retention).
Experiment and implement new growth strategies to optimize customer acquisition and retention together with other teams.
Work closely with our sales team and be responsible for optimizing their tools, target lists and in other ways enable sales to be successful
Work closely with our customer success team and build the digital flows we need to make customer success successful (implement marketing automation tools, NPS tracking, health scores and more)
Launch marketing initiatives on Linkedin, Google, Facebook and other channels to build a funnel of MQL`s (create adds, implement marketing automation and lead-scoring)
Successfully has implemented and scaled a growth strategy for a SaaS platform at the seed/series A stage
Have a data-driven and analytical approach: Understanding the meaning of data to identify, understand, and pinpoint new ideas and solutions
You understand that growth is not about hacking, but about implementing a systematic process of gathering and scoring ideas, outline and run experiments, study outcomes and double down on winning initiatives
Great knowledge about quantitative modeling: Translating your historical data into a forward-looking model to simulate the future which helps you understand better what you should be doing today
Tech-savvy: You have a talent for using tools like Zapir, Crystal, Airtable, Hunter.io, Instapage, Optimizely, Leadfeeder, Clearbit, Google Tag Manager, Autopilothq, Pipedrive
Insights in user psychology - The data doesn’t matter unless you know how to influence the numbers in an authentic way. That comes down to understanding the psychology of your audience, problem, and solution to figure out what your users respond to
Product understanding: You understand how a product team works in a SaaS company, so you can coordinate growth projects at the interception to product
Sales understanding: You understand how a sales team works at a SaaS company, so you can coordinate growth projects at the interception to sales
Being curious and creative
You are an action-oriented “do-er”: You are willing to fail and knows when to pivot your strategy
You have a Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
You have great people skills and can build and motivate a high-performance team to work with you
As growth manager, you will report directly to our CEO & co-founder Maximilian, and you will work very closely with the rest of management. You will get resources and space to really challenge yourself and build a world-class growth engine.

We expect you to be fluent in English, but danish language skills are NOT a requirement
