We are looking for a world-class Senior UX designer specializing in customer journey and product design, who will be responsible for the Likvido platform's user experience reaching new heights. Who is Likvido?

Likvido is a fast-growing and ambitious tech startup based in Copenhagen with 38 employees working from all over the world. We were founded in 2018 with the vision of creating a product that could provide companies with an easy and user-friendly solution for charging their invoices. Two years later we have more than 2.000 SME`s using our “Invoice Management System”, that automates the entire invoice-to-cash process for SMEs and thus ensuring companies time and cash flow to focus on their core business. Our long term goal is to utilize invoice transaction data to provide SMEs with working capital and close the 400bn€ financing GAP for SMEs. We have just raised a €2.5 million seed round from a top fintech investor, and are planning our launch in the UK. Our ambition is to raise a Series A within 12 months, and now we are looking for an experienced UX designer to help us realize our ambitions. 

Why do we need a Senior UX & Product Designer?

Our situation is this: 

• We have a strong tech and product team that has built a great product that is used and loved by thousands of SMEs. 

• Our current product development has been focused on functionality and new features. Not much attention has been given to the experience of using our product. 

What do we need? 

We need a talented creative profile with a commercial mindset, who has the skills to give our product an extreme makeover for it to create the best possible user journey. We want our platform to be user friendly, beautiful, and last but not least, it should make customers stay with us. Therefore we need to expand our team with a Senior UX profile, who will be the lead on making our wishes come true. 

Things you`ll be doing as Senior UX & Product Designer 

In this role, you will be in charge of the user journey and user experience of our invoice management platform. You will be in charge of redesign our user journey from a-z, starting with our platform and website. You will work closely together with the product team and our development team, to make sure that the capabilities and visions for our product are completely aligned. 

Requirements

We expect you are passionate about what you do and you go to your work with great integrity. It is important to us that you love your work just as much as we do ourselves. Also, we expect you to take responsibility for your area and contribute to Likvido becoming a Success.

In addition, we would like you to have:

• Profound experience with UX (3+ years)

• Great experience in design tools as Sketch or Adobe Experience (3+ years)

• Experience from a SaaS Business

• Great knowledge of Product Design

• Knowledge about the latest trends within UX

• Experience with wireframing and UI

• Skills in UX writing

• Great understanding of user psychology

• Experience in visual communication

• Knowledge about interaction design

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and jQuery

• Good understanding of Analytics

• Great communication skills

Practicalities
