After years in automation consulting of digital productivity with the leading European companies and the hottest technologies like RPA, machine learning and process mining, we noticed that we miss a software to guide us to find the best productivity improvement opportunities easily. We were shocked that a practical and fast way to do that did not exist: Thus Workfellow.ai was founded and an innovative approach was combined with the extensive domain experience.

We are looking for a talented Backend Developer to make our clear vision come true:

We are in the seed funding stage so you will be working close with the experienced founder team to design and implement scalable backbones of solutions tackling huge amounts of data in the future - and to ensure that the service is running and the requirements of today are met. The fast-growing customer and data amounts ensure lots of challenging and interesting topics to work on.

As part of the small team of doers you have the trust and autonomy to work on what you see essential and fitting the needs. Preparing to scale-up does not only mean technology, also setting up our best practices for development. The role is focused on the backed, but our work is steered by the mission and market shifts. Especially in the beginning, this requires full stack and can-do attitude to deliver things outside of own core role.

What we expect from you:

• Good amount of scalable backend development experience. E.g. Microsoft Azure & Cosmos DB. The most important piece of the stack is the ability to learn most technologies as you go.

• Interest in data and web services does not make harm (E.g. Django)

• Curious and adaptive mindset with an ability to prioritize.

• Knowing what 80/20-principle and changing the hats mean. And to be comfortable with that. 

• Additional skills with machine learning are an advantage

• EU work permit
