NordicLA is working to bridge the Nordics and Los Angeles, California, for creatives and artists, large companies and start-ups, and the public org.. Our primary focus at present, is in music and entertainment, where we in collaboration with relevant organizations connect artists in the Nordic countries with artists in LA. Our customers and partners include larger companies, ministries, foundations and a number of smaller players. We believe in the commercial culture and the arts, and believe that culture is strengthened by thinking it into a business context.
NordicLA started in 2017 and has since worked to create a stronger connection between the Nordics and Los Angeles in the creative industry - in a broad sense. NordicLA originates from Volcano who previously worked with music management, festival management and venue operations.
As an intern at NordicLA you will be given responsibility. You will be responsible for external communication, co-developer and executor of various projects, as well as being a developer on our content. In addition to the work in NordicLA, there will also be period of work for Volcano, who works with urban development with the commercial culture as engine and talent development in the music industry.
What do we expect of you?
You are not afraid of work and follow tasks right to the end.
You have interest and skills in digital marketing and SoMe.
It is not a requirement, but graphic skills are an advantage.
Good English skills - especially in writing.
Is social and can act in a work environment where few days are the same.
