We are looking for a customer education intern for our Customer Experience team.
Main responsibilities:
Collaborate with the engagement team to understand the educational needs of the customers and lead the development with the needed educational content.
Create visually beautiful educational material (articles, manuals, guides)
Continually explore the best mediums through which to provide educational content and execute per your results.

CLEAN DESIGN SKILLS
You know good design when you see it and you are passionate about creating visually compelling materials to drive forward brand identity.

You thrive working independently (yet collaboratively). You don’t have to wait to be told what to do. You are passionate about the world of content creation and are continually researching the latest trends and approaches and finding new ways to push the boundaries.
COMMUNICATOR
You are a wordsmith and you like to experiment with writing styles to portray your message in the best possible way.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in content creation or design (video editing considered a plus).
Great communication skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a MUST.
Know how to express a message in a clear and creative way.
