We are looking for a Support and Training Specialist to join Actimo.
You and our current Support & Training Specialist will form a team that will be driving activities to better support and train our customers. This will be:
Support via chat, email, one-to-one sessions, customer communication via in-app and email messaging
Self-service activities driving our help center and resource page
Training activities hosting online training sessions and coordinating webinars
The goal is to build a team that drives value for our customers in these areas. We measure our success on response time, support satisfaction, successful online training and our ability to automate and move as much of our work toward self service in order to make a better experience for customers and to scale our business.
You will be working closely with our Customer Success Team who runs client projects such as onboardings and has ownership of certain industries and areas of expertise.
What you will do:
Give a fantastic support experience for our customers: You and the team will be responsible for supporting our clients when they reach out to us via support. This can be via Chat, Email and one-to-one online sessions.
Make a Help Center where customers want to go for help and inspiration: You will learn what creates friction for our clients when using our platform and proactively build a fantastic Help Center that enables clients to become successful on their own.
Drive and grow Online Product Training: You will maintain and operate continuous online training - both available live and on demand. These will also support our onboarding process where you will train new clients who just started with Actimo.
Promote and communicate new features: You will facilitate inspiring in-app and email communication that introduce great new features build for our customers.
Plan and coordinate Webinars: Actimonians will come to you for advice and help on conducting inspiring webinars that our customers are gonna want to attend and learn from.
Be the expert who helps colleagues in need: You will be a Product expert and help crush problems in our internal support channels in Slack alongside our tech team.
What you bring to the table:
You write and speak fluent English and minimum one of the Scandinavian languages.
You thrive being in front of people presenting both online and offline
You have prior experience working with customers. Working with customers from Saas environments is a plus but not necessary for applying
You are passionate about helping customers get value from Actimo and have the skills to scale this to solutions for all of your customers
You are structured and organised in the way you work, yet you thrive to manage urgent situations with flexible approaches
You are multi-skilled and a tech-savvy person that easily works with digital tools
You thrive in an environments where performance is measured and where we continuously focus on becoming better at our jobs
