Claimlane is a B2B Saas startup operating in the fashion industry (FashionTech) currently entering the German market. We have built a platform for fashion brands to easily manage complaints (i.e. faulty clothes). Some of our customers are GANNI, Mads Nørgaard and Skechers. Our mission is to make the complaint process silky smooth and to provide our customers with insights into their faulty products, thus helping them make better and more sustainable products in the future.
As a part of our german expansion, we are looking for someone to handle our German customer success tasks and to do translation from English to German.
You will join our customer success team, where our main goal is to ensure that our customers always get a 10-star experience.

We have great expectations for the German market, and if you do well, we’re ready to hand over a lot of responsibility and make you a key part of this new adventure.
To begin with we need your dedicated time 5 to 10 hours per week.
As a start we will work together from our office at Islands Brygge (Copenhagen), but with the possibility of working from anywhere with an internet connection later on.
