We currently have a healthcare system that focuses on symptoms instead of the root causes. With a standpoint in functional medicine, we are determined to shift the main focus towards the root causes instead of the symptoms. As a first step, we want to help functional medicine practitioners with supplying their patients with the right quality supplements at a lower price and a more convenient way to break through the non-transparent and complex supplement industry.

For the role we expect that:
You are a people-driven person with a talent for growth, sales and partnerships. With this, you will establish and manage collaborations with health practitioners, partners across the world and be in charge of growing the business internationally.
You are eager to approach new potential customers and new markets. You speak fluently in English and preferably Danish and another language. We are scaling quickly in Denmark and we are already looking at new European countries to enter.
You will be defining our overall strategy together with our Co-Founders but also involved with the product development as a natural part of the sales process.
Key responsibilities
Calling potential customers in Denmark and setting up onboarding process
Calling potential customers in new markets in Europe
Building up our sales team and creating sales protocols
Building up our customer service team
Penetrate new markets
Coordinate partnerships with:
Educational programs within health, functional medicine and nutrition
Relevant partners within health, e.g. practitioner booking platforms
Institutions and organizations within health, functional medicine and nutrition
Testing and creating growth strategies for existing and new markets together with our Marketing Manager
Plan and execute the overall strategy together with the other Co-Founders
What we offer
Welldium is a "Speedboat" from the Venture Capital fund, KRING, which means that we have our salaries covered and potentially a first investment up to 1 million DKK at hand if our concept can be validated.
Being a ”Speedboat” means that we are working in the KRING co-working space where we are sitting together with the KRING core team that will assist us in our venture building.
