LYS Technologies makes light Healthy. Our proprietary data and machine learning algorithms turn any light source, into a healthy light source. Our technology enables our clients to produce human-centric circadian light, which has applications from lighting and construction, to automobile and consumer electronics. The company develops data-driven SaaS solutions to improve health from sleep to patient recovery times. The data is collected by a patented wearable light sensor, called the LYS Button.
LYS Technologies is a young high-tech company, operated out of Copenhagen. We have developed the Light Diet® programme to improve a person’s light intake during wake hours. This improves energy levels, sleep, productivity and overall health in a scalable and data-backed way. The Light Diet® is primarily sold as a corporate wellbeing package. The Light Diet® technology is state of the art, building on up-to-date research and LYS' proprietary database of more than 24,000 days worth of data.
LYS is looking for a high energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative to provide pre-sales support. This role will be responsible for servicing inbound sales and performing outbound sales activities.
The position is the first within the newly formed SDR team, and will have a high impact on how we shape this part of the sales organisation. Naturally, the position comes with high potential of a team-lead promotion, if the right attitude and the results are shown.
This role is one of the first touch points for prospects and has the opportunity to set the tone for the sales cycle following.
Responsibilities
Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
Prospect, identify opportunities and conduct cold calls
Identify best practice outreach strategies and support new SDRs
Effectively partner and work across the LYS teams
Schedule and participate in appointments and demos in collaboration with LYS Account managers
Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
Requirements
Desire to rapidly promote to more senior positions within the organisation.
Proven success in sales development through cold calling, e-mailing and linkedin.
Strong and professional communication skills -- written, verbal, presentation
Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
