We need a hard working sales professional to help us find our Product Market Fit!! When that has been achieved, you will be in charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, and take responsibility for the department's performance against targets. You will be part of a growing team and given the freedom to create your best work while getting an attractive bonus for each closed deal.

Your Primary Tasks

  • Finding the correct Product Market Fit through prospect interaction

  • Developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department

  • Manage and map out the full sales cycle with our prospects.

  • Manage a team of freelancers to help you scale your outbound activities and drive revenue.

  • Be responsible for hiring and managing the Business Development Interns and Business Development Representatives.

  • Keep projects on track, on time and on budget.

  • Collaborate with the management to create innovative content ideas and ensure alignment when Marketing Qualified Leads became Sales Qualified Leads.

  • Be responsible for identifying and implementing sales tech to drive sales

  • Establish and automate workflows to track and use data for reporting

  • Be responsible for all sales reporting towards the Managing Director
