When that has been achieved, you will be in charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, and take responsibility for the department's performance against targets. Your Primary Tasks
Finding the correct Product Market Fit through prospect interaction
Developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department
Manage and map out the full sales cycle with our prospects.
Manage a team of freelancers to help you scale your outbound activities and drive revenue.
Be responsible for hiring and managing the Business Development Interns and Business Development Representatives.
Keep projects on track, on time and on budget.
Collaborate with the management to create innovative content ideas and ensure alignment when Marketing Qualified Leads became Sales Qualified Leads.
Be responsible for identifying and implementing sales tech to drive sales
Establish and automate workflows to track and use data for reporting
Be responsible for all sales reporting towards the Managing Director
