Our team of 9 people is looking for a positive and energetic team member who will be part of delivering perfect-looking clothing boxes for our customers.

This is a part-time job with flexible working hours and days. We offer this job on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Depending on your schedule and the work-load, we agree on days and hours that work for both.

Job functions:

• Fold, steam, and pack clothes in the boxes.

• Make sure that the right clothing items go to the right customer.

• Log in items for the corresponding customer in our system.

• Write short personal notes for each customer and make sure that they feel special.

• Take feedback from previous boxes into consideration when writing the notes.

Requirements:

• Good English skills in speaking and writing

• You are meticulous

• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Your are able to handle stressful situations and constructive feedback

• Having a positive mindset and transparent communication
