Utilized by Investment Firms and Management Consultancies, Knowledge Gate Group has been founded on the belief that this strategic tool should be available for all companies. We schedules micro-consultations that allow companies to utilize the best of expert knowledge on topics they may lack internally.

The Role: 

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business. 

This includes leading the project fulfillment team and serving as the point of contact for our clients. Communication is key in order to be successful in the role. 

Head of Operations responsibilities include designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing operational structures. You should be a responsible leader with an ability to juggle multiple priorities, delegate responsibilities and have a broad knowledge of the business. Responsibilities: 

1. Formulate business strategies with executive team

2. Implement efficient processes and standards 

3. Serve as a manager to project fulfillment team, including delegating and supporting all projects 

4. Ensure compliance with local and international law

5. Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention 

6. Manage contracts and relations with customers, partners and other stakeholders 

7. Mentor and motivate team to achieve productivity and engagement 

8. Report on operational performance and suggest improvements 

Requirements:

1. Proven track record in leading teams (successfully and happily)

2. Problem- solving aptitude 

3. Outstanding communication skills  

4. Full fluency in English. Additional fluency in Danish or another Scandinavian language is a plus 

5. Interest in joining and growing an exciting startup 

6. Bonus points if you’re interested in HR/ People & Culture growth 

This position includes a warrant program. With the right fit and right match, this can be a co-founder position.
