Customer Experience Manager - Full Time Remote Position for the Scandinavian Market

We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager with strong commercial experience to work at Superb. Your focus will be to support our growth in the Scandinavian market and be the face and voice of Superb in Scandinavia. Superb is the proud creator of Guest Experience Management or GXM, an all-in-one platform for restaurants to be in control of their guest experience. Our customers are the worlds best restaurants which now count over 100 cities and 30 countries all over the world.


Superb is a fast-growing startup from Copenhagen, and we are now looking to expand in more markets around Europe. Our team is dedicated to ensuring we help the world's best restaurants use our GXM platform, and deliver the best experience possible to their guests. We are looking for someone who has a solid commercial background in within Customer Success, and can help us with up-selling and upgrading our current customer base. You must be able to fluently speak at least one of the scandinavian languages(Danish, Swedish or Norwegian).


You will be reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, and be working to proactively engage and inspire our customers to do a superb experience. You will help us achieve high customer satisfaction, high product adoption and help our customers expand their use of our platform. We expect you to know your craft and be able to hit the ground running from day one.


Applicants for this position should demonstrate the following:

- A proven track record in Customer Experience within a SAAS Company.

- Ability to work under pressure. 

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Strong Communication skills.

- Experience working with SAAS platforms and tools.

- Experience with upgrading and up-selling in a SAAS company.

- Curiosity about tech and a drive to help improve existing processes. 

- Fluency in either Danish, Norwegian or Swedish, plus good English skills are a requirement. Fluency in multiple scandinavian languages is an advantage.
