We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to act as a customer liaison, provide information about our products and resolve all customer issues accurately and efficiently. We are seeking a person that can ensure excellent service standards, respond immediately and efficiently to inquiries, maintain high customer satisfaction and give valuable feedback to Skyfish. We have more than 3,000 customers, who manage their own purchases via our online platforms. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction and expected to be the "go-to" with questions regarding customer challenges, difficulties or overall satisfaction.
You will be first in line to pick up the phone or reply to customer emails. This means that you'll need to be knowledgeable of how all our products and features work.
You are expected to be proactive and use your customer knowledge to constantly initiate improvements for Skyfish, from minor copy changes to larger feature functions.
You will also be the one that gathers customer satisfaction information in surveys or via campaigns launched by you.
You will also assist our Quality Control Team in reviewing our incoming images on a daily basis.
Our Sales Team will hand over new customers to you and you will book video demos and help them get started. Personalized Onboarding is something we take pride in.

Make sure that our sites are always updated and easy to use
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
You speak and write fluent Danish and English
You have experience in customer service
It is a plus if you understand and write German, Swedish or Norwegian
You have at least a Bachelor’s degree
You have prior experience in a similar online company
