Your focus is on growth. You have a proven track record (preferably with a successful, international e-commerce business). You are comfortable with all growth hacking methods—from channels like SEO/SEM, to email/lead generation, to viral marketing, content marketing, and PR/blogger outreach.
Your strategic business sense is nothing but great. You favour activities and partners that yield sustainable gains, not just one-time growth bumps.
You should also…
Have a relevant marketing education (B.A. level at minimum).
Be happy to get hands-on to make every campaign perfect (because you know that the devil is in the details). For example, you’re comfortable digging into “inspect element” an email layout.
Strive to improve your work and expand your industry and marketing knowledge.
Be a fan of metrics, and experienced at setting, tracking, and continuously improving KPIs. You’re data-driven with an analytical mind.
Be mad about A/B testing and optimisation.
Be a user-centric lover. You should strive to understand our users and be eager to learn more about them by phone, email, polls, & face-to-face
Be addicted to pivot. We like to keep things lean and test before we build. Landing page and A/B-testing tools are a natural part of your toolbox, so you can quickly execute many of your ideas before our creative and tech teams get too involved.
Have a creative mind to come up with new ideas to strengthen our call-to-action.
Be insane about scalability. Even the smallest idea you come up with can go global.
Be fluent in English and know how to write a text that converts to clicks and dollars.
Be a team player with proven project management skills who can also work on your own.
