CTO should have a technical background as developer in more than one technology and should eb willing to adopt/learn emerging stack to help paytack’s product.

Responsibilities:

1) CI/CD implementation for codes and builds deployment using DevOps tools

2)Should be able to develop either front and back end code and manage other developer’s code

3)Review codes and ensure code quality is of right standard

4)plan testing activity and help testers in documenting it

5)create product roadmap and weekly/monthly plan

6)Team building/hiring and guiding product team making them align to product goal
