About the CFO position

The CFO will be part of management, thereby being an active part in setting the strategic direction of Good Monday as well as addressing company-wide strategic questions and targets.

The CFO will oversee three primary areas: 1) Finance and legal, 2) Business Intelligence and 3) Business Development

• Finance & Legal

  • Responsibility for investor relations, e.g. in relation to fundraising rounds or management decision-making

  • Responsibility for legal area, e.g. contracts, compliance, articles of association

  • Development of budget as well as tracking of runway, liquidity and fundraising needs

  • Set-up of bookkeeping systems and optimization of operations

  • Responsibility for developing legal and accounting setup that supports Good Monday’s growth to an international cooperation 

    
    

• Business Intelligence

  • Management of data processes for business analysis, e.g. development/maintenance of data warehouse, data dictionary, business logic

  • Development of BI system to decentralize business analysis

  • Support to business functions with data requests and analysis

    
    

• Business Development

  • Business analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimize operations

  • Definition and tracking of KPIs

  • Set up of business reports and dashboards to spread insights to wider organization

  • Support for new country expansion, e.g. legal/financial set-up, target-setting, budgeting

  • Development of strategic partnerships for more complex service offerings

    
    

The CFO will work together with Good Monday’s tech and bookkeeping departments.
