At Radiobotics we are creating machine learning-driven algorithms that aid radiologists in interpreting and reporting on routine images at hospitals. We are very excited about all our achievements, and it's now time to add another highly skilled colleague to the team, to strengthen the team further. Hence, we are looking for an ambitious Executive Assistant, that can manage both complex and strategic tasks as well as adminsitrative tasks, to join us ASAP!


We are looking for a bright individual, with a diverse skill set, that appreciates a range of different tasks, and that is comfortable with both complex tasks, responsibility and decision making, together with more simple administrative tasks. We are looking for an ambitious individual, who takes a specific interest in working for Radiobotics, and can see themself develop in its role as the company grows.

The main tasks would be around assisting the management team in their tasks related to leading and administering the company, which includes participating in meetings, taking minutes, action tracking, aiding in HR-related tasks throughout the company, preparing materials for board meetings and investor presentations.

Radiobotics have been successful in winning several grants both nationally and internationally, and it is expected that 1-2 days per week will be related to project management and administration of these projects, including submission of progress reports, budgets, communication with stakeholders internationally, plus aiding in drafting new grant applications.

Other tasks include:

  • Travel and expense management including arranging travels, submitting and processing expense reports in a timely manner

  • Assist with and coordinate budget-related matters in collaboration with accountant and bookkeeper

  • Various communication tasks such as producing high-quality presentations, documents, newsletters, briefing papers, SoMe and reports

  • Support the whole team on different matters such as on-boarding new employees, provide administrative support etc.

  • Various other relevant ad hoc administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will

  • Have professional experience in similar role or within the healthcare industry

  • Have a Bachelor's or higher degree

  • Be fluent in Danish and English 

  • Have some clinical, technical or business development experience - though not a requirement

  • Have an interest to work with technology for a startup company
