At Innoflow, we want to give everyone a chance to develop and showcase their talent and to have the career they want - no matter what age, gender, or background. This is why we have developed case-solving process tool that will enable people all over the world to solve real-life cases as part of case competition, recruitment process, etc. The focus is placed on actually presenting their skills instead of relying on a 30-minute exam or a 6-second resume screening.
We are currently in need of a Junior Project Manager, who can plan and drive our different projects to make sure that we deliver our projects on time and with the level of high quality we aspire to.
During this process, we will not ask for your resume before we have invited you to an interview. We will instead ask you to click on the link, fill in your e-mail, complete a behavior profile, and solve a case. The candidates with the best match in competence and behavior profile will be selected for an interview.
In the event you are ultimately selected for the job, you will be reporting to and working closely with our CMO and co-founder Nicklas. You will be a part of the everyday life at the office at Symbion in Copenhagen. Nicklas has a background as a sport psychology consultant and HR leader. He is a down-to-earth founder who prefers a flat hierarchy, open and honest communication, and relations build on trust, understanding, and mutual passion for fast pace.
Your main responsibilities will be:
· Communicating to and with the founding team and other internal stakeholders about projects
· Making and updating project plans the different customer projects and product development projects
· Assist in setting up demo events in our platform for prospective customers
· Assist in putting marketing content into our content marketing automation setup

Here is what we expect:
· You are able to speak, read and write English for professional use
· You have a Danish Work Permit
· You are able to gather and analyze all needed information regarding a project
· You are able to create a project plan based on all gathered and analyzed information
· You can present a project plan and the interaction between several plans
· You prefer, to a certain point, quality over speed
· You prefer working in collaboration with others, but can manage working independently when you need to focus on planning tasks
