We are a legal tech scale-up, changing the way copyright is protected online. Our talented team come from various backgrounds and are all united with the goal of protecting photographer’s copyrights online. We collaborate with world leading image agencies and professional photographers to monitor and track down unauthorised use of photographs on the internet and ensure the artists receive the compensation they are owed.
As a case manager at Copyright Agent, you will work in a team of 10 other student workers. You will work in the Norwegian market together with one other Norwegian employee. The position is for a minimum of 12 hours per week, although busy weeks may require extra hours (remunerated, of course).
You will be responsible for handling and processing potential copyright violations on the internet - you will handle all communications with our clients and their counter-parties and you will work primarily through email and telephone communication.
An average day looks like:
Sending out email correspondence to counter parties alerting them to copyright infringements on their websites
Following up existing cases by telephone to answer questions
Feeding back issues or updates to our clients
Ad hoc translation work
Key competencies:
Native Norwegian speaker. Full working capacity in English (it’s our company language)

Experience from a customer-facing role is a plus - especially with making phone calls.
