Main Responsibilities:
Contribution to the implementation of the company’s sales strategy
Contribution to the development of the sales plan and corporate sales strategy
Responsible for using Hubspot to ensure the implementation of our inbound sales strategy
Answering inbound calls and answering basic questions about the Hubspot product.
Chatting online with website visitors who are interested in learning more about our services.
Responding to sales inquiries via email.
Database and audit users input for data accuracy of contact and company records
Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
Setting up appointments with the appropriate Inbound Marketing Specialists.
Job Requirements
2-5 years of experience in customer service/sales environment
Hubspot experience is a must

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Can act as an intermediary between prospects and internal teams (sales).
You take initiative and proactively seek out the resources needed to solve the problem at hand.
