Job Summary:
We are looking for two people in our team (One in the USA and one in Europe). As a customer service agent, you will answer e-mails and inquiries in social media from costumers. The role is very flexible and an amazing experience to put on your resume.
The most important thing is to be problem-solving, inquiries can vary from problems with payment to unavailable content. Work hours will vary, day/night and also weekends. This will fit you if you like to work at different hours and if you like to have flexibility in your days.
Main Responsibilities:
Responding to inquiries, primarily via e-mail, current technical questions related to English customers' use of GenM application
Responsibility for all inquiries being followed up, via the Atlassian service desk system
Responsibility for onboarding new partners
Other administrative work
Job Requirements:
Is positive and service-minded
Have a very good English oral and written vocabulary. Due to cultural differences and slang, you are preferably a native speaker from the UK, Australia or South Africa.
Irritating to a typo
Have a general good technical understanding
Possess your own PC/Mac, as this is the one to use during working hours
