As CTO in Shouter® you seek to set new heights for what you and the team can achieve and build broader boundaries for what can be achieved. You can see yourself in a prime role where you stand to build the Shouter® app and further scale the platforms technology and dataset. Maybe you have a sweet sense for sleek design and if so it's a major plus, but nevertheless it's definitely not required.

You understand the importance of great communication skills have some sort of experience in communicating a message in understandable language, gathering people around common benchmarks. In addition, it is natural for you to take on responsibility for future technical driven employees and scout worshipped, devoted people. You absolutely want to work hands-on at a level where you don't get bogged down in supplies and details that counteract the overview you need.

As a person, you are solution oriented and creative about the solutions and hacks that need to be found, balancing between short and long-term goals. You enjoy working at high paces, where implementations can be done fast. Perhaps you have experience with some or all of these technologies: PHP, Laravel, API-dev, Test-driven-development, TypeScript, React/Similar frameworks, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud, ElasticSearch, Wordpress, NodeJs and or Python.
