WHO WE ARE

The Considerate Consumer is a non-profit start-up. We build a digital manual for sustainable living, that aims to enable interested Europeans an easy start into living more sustainably.

How?

We provide the reader with practical solutions and connect them to the experts of the sustainability field.

To do so, we need you taking care that our website runs smoothly, is updated, matches SEO requirements and attracts readers. Is that you?

WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE

We need support in maintaining, developing and updating our website.

• You should be familiar with Squarespace software (squarespace.com) or at least be eager to get familiar with it.

• Pages need to be created, revised and contents updated.

• We need smart web design solutions that are easy to implement, but always user-friendly and visually appealing.

• If you have experience with SEO, keyword analysis and search engine optimization, that is even better.

• In addition to technical puzzles, you will have to incorporate texts and prepare images for our website. 

   

WHOM WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Creativity is your second name, web design is your superpower, thinking out of the box your destiny and tech solutions your passion.

• You are tech-savvy and experienced with web design and web development tasks.

• You have experience or skills in the following areas:

  • Backend tasks

  • Design, especially web design

  • Usability & accessibility

  • Image processing with graphics software

  • Content management systems

• You have a basic understanding of HTML/XHTML and CSS.

• You are driven and results-orientated.

• You are a team player but work independently. 

• You are a student or graduate in the field of web development, web design, media, marketing, or similar.

• Otherwise, you are motivated, determined, direct, eloquent, creative, spontaneous, open-minded, and persistent.
