Empirical Spirits is a flavor company founded in 2017 by Lars Williams and Mark Emil Hermansen. Our mission is to share flavor far and wide and we use spirits as a vehicle to do so. We combine vacuum distillation techniques, fermentation, and unique high-quality ingredients from around the world to create new discoveries through the eyes and palate of a chef. The result of this exploration is an entirely new product that upends the usual classifications applied to the spirits industry.
We are pioneering a new category and are experiencing growing success around the world. Our current listings include Michelin starred restaurants, world renowned bars and we work closely with some of the most recognized people within the food and drinks industry. The role as Digital Growth Manager is to work alongside our Sales-Team in close collaboration with the marketing team, and you will be our driving force behind building a digital growth plan & process and reflect on our projects and activities within e-commerce and marketing with a fact-based mindset.
The role requires a proactive approach to identify and make recommendations for improving user and sales growth. You will bring new ideas to the table and the chance to see them through from idea to execution. Your work is influenced by your analytical and quantitative mindset - constantly forcing yourself and others to see all angles on how to get the most out of the things we do. You will be expected to seek out opportunities and to deliver sales targets, whilst maximizing the brand value proposition and increase the visibility of the brand and our products.
From Copenhagen, you will be in charge of online growth and sales of both our EU and US web shops, reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer.
