Job Summary:
Generation Mobility is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage the office, administer and assist in the supervising of the staff. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, solution-focused and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Main Responsibilities:
Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate
Assist in coordinating the weekly team meetings
Answer incoming questions, emails, calls, and messages
Assisting and working with the HR Assistant in generating NDA agreements
Organizing database files and folders

Exceptional communication skills in both English and Norwegian
Experienced in the administrative field
