Main Responsibilities:
Updating our internal databases with new employee information
Screening resumes and applications
Perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all HR related projects
Sort incoming resumes and logs them into appropriate tracking spreadsheets
Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR-related matters
Job Requirements:
Experience as an assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
Experience with MS Office
Good written and oral communication skills
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Bachelors in HR or related field
Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
