Monsido has grown from 6 to 90+ employees globally over the last 3 years, and we continue to have very ambitious growth plans in 2020. Our HQ is located in Ballerup in Denmark where we have all of our development, most of our marketing as well as a sales department that focus on the European market - except for UK/Ireland.
Besides Denmark, we have offices in San Diego, Sydney and London.
We are looking for a content marketing specialist to produce innovative content that will drive successful marketing campaigns. This job requires strong writing and project management skills in order to implement our content strategy to acquire new customers. This is a new position in a quickly growing marketing department. You will join six motivated and talented colleagues and use all of your acquired skills to the fullest.
Creating content for a wide variety of marketing materials - primarily for lead generation - for different channels, primarily digital but also physical. This will include both long-form content for blog entries, e-books, datasheets, etc. as well as copy for the website, landing pages, ads, and more.
Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels
Managing our social media channels and helping to develop our brand persona online
Helping develop and execute marketing campaigns that center on high-value content for prospects
Strong communication skills in English is required
Strong research and writing skills
Experience with video production, animated and/or live-action
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media channels and current best practices
Experience with SEO best practices
Experience in working with buyer personas and customer journeys
Creative and detail-oriented mindset
Desire to work at a smaller company that is expanding at a rapid pace
Accomplishments in developing creative and engaging multimedia content that drives successful marketing campaigns
A passion for social media marketing
Strong project management skills
Self-accountability for tasks and desire to see them through to delivery
