Airofit is the world's first data-driven respiratory training system. We allow people to improve their sports performance and general well-being through training their breathing. In order to become a global brand, we need more hands on deck when it comes to customer support. You must have great people's skills, as well as a willingness to learn about what we do in order to help our existing and potential customers!
You will be working together with our current customer support team on answering questions about our product, the science behind it and general inquiries about what we do. This requires an understanding of how Airofit works, basic human physiology as well as insights in marketing and communication.
You will be using our Customer Relationship Management system as well as managing our Social Media messages and comments.
As mentioned earlier, a basic understanding of human physiology is a plus. Since we are focusing on improving athletic performance, our customers have questions regarding Airofit improving their results in various sports. We have the skills of answering these questions in a scientific way, but we also need to be able to answer them in a 'normal human-friendly' way.
