· Manage the technical implementation of our compliance solutions for our customers.
· Support our clients through email and phone.
· Ensure the best experience our customers can get.
· Counsel on best practices within the field of collecting consents on websites.
· Participate in developing a technical knowledge base of our solutions.
· Participate in enhancing our products to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
· Work methodically and independently.

· Need to have:
o Experience with HTML and CSS.
o The desire to communicate with customers on all channels (email, phone, chat).
· Nice to have:
o Experience with JavaScript (You are going to be supporting a heavily javascript build solution).
o Experience with a CRM system (we use HubSpot).
o Experience with a CMS system (we use them all) and GTM.
o Experience in phpPgAdmin
o Experience in Stripe
o Experience in Zendesk, Aircall, and Intercom
