We are a 29-month-old start-up renewing patents for companies in over 30 countries across Europe, Asia, North and South America, the Pacific. Our goal is to make renewals of all IP rights fully automated. Doing this, we believe there are at least 6 Bil. USD/year and a lot of time to save for small and innovative companies in the world. Your main challenge is to help us go from the legal foundation for renewing, patens, utility models and designs into also renewing trademarks. Read more below.

YOU

• Fluent in written and verbal English

• Proficient in the use of various software packages including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, and basic office equipment (phone, copier, scanner, etc.)

• Basic math and computation skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and learn quickly

• Must be detail-oriented, accurate and have a sense of urgency in completing tasks

• Must be able to develop and retain an understanding of annuity products, company policies, procedures, and guidelines for contract administration and company-specific forms and their uses

• A team player and a great communicator

• Are ambitious, disciplined and enthusiastic and have a curious and creative mind

We need your experience to...

• Further, improve our customer support

• Further, improve our standards for communicating with clients

• Follow-ups with clients on a case by case matters

• Accurately inputs data updates including the address and phone number changes, beneficiary changes, and other related regular maintenance changes as received and directed.

• May cross-check other team members work for accuracy and completeness.

Bonus experience...
