Actimo is a mobile workspace for frontline (non-desk) employees, that improves employee happiness and productivity by driving engagement. Combining communication, training, and leadership tools into one easily accessible, snackable and measurable mobile workplace, Actimo is changing the way companies connect to their non-desk employees all over the world.

We are looking for an ambitious video content producer to take our content to the next level and be the internal video evangelist.

Your primary focus will be to plan and execute all our Actimo video-based content, such as customer testimonials, explainer videos, launch campaigns, team videos and smaller Marketing clips. With you, we want to elevate Actimo’s brand voice, drive traffic, engagement, and revenue through content and stories.

What you will do:

• Produce compelling and captivating content that captures audience’s attention

• Create and maintain our video library hub 

• Develop video guidelines for internal and external stakeholders. 

• Keep projects on track, on time and on budget

• Coordinate content creation with external digital marketing agency 

• Provide occasional assistance with website content and graphic assets

What you bring to the table:

• Fluent in Premiere Pro and After Effects and in general comfortable Creative Cloud programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator 

• Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills

• 2+ years of experience shooting, producing and editing digital/social native video

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Ability to clarify strategic needs and translate them into requirements

• Can juggle several projects gracefully and able to execute

• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for multimedia storytelling and working knowledge of online publishing systems

• Understanding of the business value and Marketing context of your video content
