Job Description

You’ll work closely with our current team to execute our social media strategy from a data-centered approach. We are growing our following with a social media campaign to build the momentum we need to launch an effective crowdfunding campaign this summer. You'll be working heavily with Facebook Ads Center and other social media Ads platforms to develop an effective strategy to push out planned content. You’ll be working in a friendly startup environment with a high level of autonomy. Hence, you know the ins and outs of these ads platforms and are data-oriented and analytics-focused in your work.

Responsibilities

  • Taking the lead in developing and implementing SoMe strategy for increasing brand engagement online: being proactive about analyzing current Facebook Insights and designing a plan to reach our target audience for our upcoming social media campaign and ensuing crowdfunding campaign

  • Leveraging all parameters available in Facebook Ads Center (and other platforms) to develop an effective strategy to push out planned content, answering questions like 'the best time', 'best days of the week', 'best audience characteristics', etc to reach LifeBonder's core target audience (Millennials & late Gen Z)

  • Optimizing SoMe presence, and implementing the most effective ads strategies for different types of content (posts, videos, blogs, etc.)

  • Designing a structured plan for A/B testing of social media posts prior to campaign launch, for use by the CMO to inform design and content preparation by those teams

Skills

  • Social Media is second nature to you and you have extensive experience with audience engagement, whether in professional or private settings managing successful SoMe accounts

  • You have a strong understanding of social media A/B testing and the activities it involves. You are more than comfortable using Facebook Experimentation tests to quickly A/B test ads and convey results to the content/design teams.

  • You have extensive experience with Facebook Ads Center and other social media Ads platforms to logistically and successfully push out content to the right audiences

  • You can work independently and feel comfortable structuring your own time with little oversight

  • You can think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions for reaching people online on a budget

  • You have a strong social media network in our core demographic (Millennials & late Gen Z) that you can rely on to help increase organic engagement with our campaigns

  • You are a strong communicator, comfortable with working remotely and in person

  • You’re excited for new challenges in audience engagement
