SHIFT Business Festival is a two-day Business Festival hosting 3000 radical innovators and decision makers who want to shape a better future through intelligent business and deep technology. SHIFT brings together groundbreaking technologies with leaders of traditional industries. The program provides glimpses of the future of intelligent tech and its business applications, as well as insight into how industries can utilize deep technology to accelerate sustainable change while making profit.

SHIFT Business Festival is grounded and owned 100% by the non-profit organization Shift ry, whose aim is to advance businesses to use new technologies to be economically, ecologically and socially sustainable.

HR Wizard Intern

Do you like to see others achieve great things? We are looking for an HR Wizard to take our volunteer experience to the next level. You are a warm and easily approachable. Your task is to make sure all new volunteers get on board and get proper training before the main event in October 2020. You also help to manage our Back Office functions together with our COO.

It helps if you have some experience with HR

Your role as a HR Wizard includes:

• Arranging trainings and community events

• Planning and executing recruitments

• Volunteer onboarding

• Managing the back office of SHIFT

This position suits well for a:
