You will play an essential role in the Sales & Marketing machine we are building at LetsBuild. You will have a massive impact on our growth by advising small to medium businesses on how they can improve the collaboration in their construction projects.
At LetsBuild, we have a robust sales cycle, starting from Customer Support, Inside Sales, and continuing with Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Executive (AE).

Master our LetsBuild way of working when approaching clients in a customer-centric way. We don’t sell, we educate.
As a salesperson, you will create the perfect email sequence, build trust on the phone in 30 minutes, ask the right questions to reveal their issues, trade as a means of negotiating, and do what you need to do to close the deal.
As a Customer Support and then CSM, you will act as a trusted guide for our customers, ensuring they become product experts and help train their teams on LetsBuild processes so they can become ambassadors of our software.
Expand your knowledge of our market, strategy, process and tactics. You’ll go through intensive onboarding where you’ll learn how our users think, act and behave when they use our products.
As a salesperson, you will organise demos and show to your clients the value of LetsBuild’s solutions.
As a CSM, you will take ownership of the customer’s lifecycle and guarantee the successful implementation and use of our software across multiple projects. You will build strong relationships with our customers and successfully identify upselling opportunities.
Get to know the team. You will be part of our Benelux squad. Be sure that the salespeople and CSM are working closely; it is crucial if we want to ensure our clients’ satisfaction and succeed as a team.
Meet your monthly goals. Work together with your mentor(s) to achieve your ambitious targets. It’s normal to feel “uncomfortably excited”. You’ll start with an entry target to quickly climb to the ladder and be fully ramped up to crush your goals eventually.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch with proficiency in English. Any additional language is a plus (French).
