Our sales team is always busy with lots of interesting projects that need the help of a Sales Assistant with strong organisational skills and a methodical mindset.
As the Sales Assistant, you will work closely with our Head of Sales Operations to accomplish his daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work autonomously on projects and demonstrate a huge sense of responsibility.

LetsBuild keeps growing, and with it, the workload of the sales team keeps growing, too. That’s why we need you to help them on different projects.
Specifically, your main tasks will be, as follows:
Provide direct support to the sales team to close deals and review contract and billing terms.
Manage and provide clarity on incoming sales and customer requests related to deals, products, access rights and billing.
Take charge in encoding data in our CRM (SalesForce), explain the sales process and make sure encoded data are correct.
Send out customer invoices.
Ensure full accuracy of data in CRM.
Collaborate closely with the finance team to help out with debt collection.
Be key in significant tool roll-outs and migrations that directly impact the customers.
Optimise and maintain the CRM and sales billing processes to ensure consistent reporting.
To be successful at LetsBuild, you need to master the following qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch/French is a plus.
Comfortable with technology and eager to learn our unique sales process from the ground up.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of business experience.
Previous customer service or sales support experience.
Previous experience with tool roll-outs and migrations.
Experience with MS Word, Excel, and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, preferably SalesForce.
High attention to detail with the ability to cross check data sets for accuracy.
Be very motivated, goal oriented, and work well in a cross-functional team environment.
