MeetinVR rethinks collaboration by enabling companies to meet in virtual reality environments. It is a platform where you can present and review products, share and brainstorm ideas and interact naturally as if truly together in the same space. We’re here to reinvent enterprise meetings and maximize the potential of your workflow. The job would be project-based and remote, for 1 or 1.5 months duration.

We are now hiring a full stack web developer to help us build the workspace of the future!

You would be the main developer on the web back-end and front-end of MeetinVR, with some guidelines from the previous developer. The job includes developing new features for our API, implementing them in front-end, and work closely with our VR developers to integrate it with the VR application. Our tech stack uses Kubernetes, Express.js and React with some Typescript.

What we’re looking for (not necessarily requirements, the more, the better)

• 2+ years of experience with web development

• Any experience with JavaScript or Rust

• Any experience working with NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred

• Familiarity with information security best practices

• Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems

• You are driven by innovation and want to work on something meaningful

• You excited to work with VR, cloud computing, AI, and similar technologies and are eager to get in the game

• You are team player that is willing to both spread knowledge and receive criticism
