Likvido is a (very) fast-growing and ambitious startup based in Copenhagen. We are 25 employees now, and we have just raised a seed round. Building a great team and culture is our highest strategic priority, and therefore we are looking for a Head of Talent that shares our ambition and wants to be part of our growth journey.


Your job as head of talent acquisition is to be an extension of the founding team and help craft the story and culture of the company from scratch and thereby attracting the best commercial and technical talents.

Your main responsibility is the lifecycle from employer branding to search & selection and onboarding. You will also work closely with the founding team and senior management to develop our culture and people-related processes. We will not bother you with administrative tasks such as payroll, maintaining contract templates or office management. Instead, we want your full focus on tasks such as: 

  • Telling our story and building a great employer brand 

  • Building talent pipelines based on a deep understanding of our business strategy 

  • Writing compelling job descriptions 

  • Sourcing the best commercial and tech talent via Linkedin, events, and network 

  • Screening and interviewing candidates

Therefore we have a remote culture with people working all over the world. This is especially true in our tech and product team. 

Our commercial team is based in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. 

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with experience in talent acquisition in fast-growing companies, that understands how to attract top talent for a startup/scaleup. 

We are looking for someone who has: 

  • A talent for storytelling and a lot of enthusiasm who can get people excited about Likvido 

  • High emotional intelligence and loves to connect with new people 

  • Excellent project management skills 

  • An understanding of the best modern recruiting tools 

  • An ROI mindset, to track the impact of initiatives and adjust based on data 

  • Genuine curiosity and ability to understand how fintech can help SMEs grow by automation and financing

Our product is an “Invoice CRM” - imagine a system like Hubspot / Pipedrive / Salesforce, but for your invoices. You can assign workflows, add todos, write notes and much more. On top of the “Invoice CRM”, we’re going to launch financial products that fuel SMEs with the liquidity they need to grow.

Practical info:

  • We encourage you to work remotely about 50% of your time (if you want) and of course, you will have flexible working hours (we measure your output, not input).
