Lenus is a B2B company providing a cloud-based nutrition and workout software solution that helps empower personal trainers, dieticians, and other health professionals so they can scale their business and still focus on being hands-on with their clients to deliver the best possible outcomes. Currently our software has helped people lose over 100.000kg. We hope that this number will grow exponentially as we take over new countries.
Our team is young, open-minded, social and weirdly huggable. We organize team trips (last one was to Sitges outside Barcelona), team dinners and team parties on a regular basis and even when we are just working it’s always with high spirits (although even the best people can have a bad day).
We manage a large portfolio of websites for our partners in the fitness industry and that also means helping them with their marketing efforts. In order for that to be as successful as possible we need to know that the sites that we are building are delivering the best possible conversion rates. Therefore, we are looking for someone to be in charge of testing our designs, so that we have the data when talking to new partners and so we can create best practices for future use.
We are currently creating somewhere between 4-8 websites every week and part of the job will also be to manage, coordinate and prioritize the onboarding process that is being handled by a team of 3 web designers. We are expecting the web developer team to grow to 6-8 people within this year.
Since we are growing quickly there will be plenty of opportunities to evolve with the role and shape it in a way that fits you.
As a Growth-hacker at Lenus eHealth you will:
· Set up performance testing (split test, SEO, load times)
· Set up any kind of growth hacking efforts that could help our partners
· Set up best practices for the web-designers
· Manage and coordinate the onboarding process
As a Growth-hacker at Lenus eHealth we hope you:
· Have experience in marketing or web development from another job
· Have experience with google analytics, pixel, and other marketing tools
· Have experience with project management
· Have an eye for aesthetics and composition when designing in the browser
We expect that you have a good understanding of business and would prefer it if you have some knowledge of both the web design domain as well as the fitness and nutrition industry. We need you to be well structured and organized so that you will be able to always maintain an overview of what is going on in the department and with the processes.
We can offer a fantastic vibe at our dockside office at Dampfærgevej 28, 2100 Copenhagen with plenty of opportunities to influence our work processes. There will be lots of varied tasks in the domain of growth hacking, management, page optimization, process optimization, and communication related to the onboarding process and loads of opportunities to learn from and teach the rest of the team.
