We are DoLand, a Copenhagen-based fintech-startup with a mission to democratize the access to sustainable investing by making it easy and engaging. We do that by developing a digital platform for sustainable investments that redefines who invests, how they do it and what they invest in. We guide people to invest in areas such as like renewable energy, innovative healthcare and social impact - and tell them about the impact they make. By allowing users to start with only DKK 1000, we hope to create a movement of people investing in a more sustainable future.

However, too few are engaged in sustainable investing. We need to change that! For that reason, we need a UX intern or student assistant who is motivated by making an impact and take lead on our engagement with our users. Innovative design and smooth engagement are an absolute priority for us and will be a main driver to engage more people to become impact investors. We aim to launch the solution in the summer of 2020 and you will hence play an important role in shaping our product.

You will inter alia support with:

• User tests

• User research

• Wireframing & prototypes

• Support with structure of website, onboarding, and dashboard

• Together with our UI intern/student (currently hiring), support with initial design ideas for the development of our app

• You always seek to deliver the highest quality possible and continuously push the envelope on what you can deliver

• You are a team player that can handle a diverse set of tasks – both the ones that challenge you and the ones you can do in your sleep

• You are proactive and not afraid to offer your perspective on how to best approach the project at hand
