Somnia is an audio tech solution to help sleep-deprived fall asleep faster. More than one third of Americans suffer from lack of sleep and are exposed to various health risks. To help solve this, Somnia is developing an audio ASMR technology to create physical stimulation. The technology is currently applied in a go-to-market-ready app with potentials for a hardware product. We are seeking an ambitious co-founder with strong skills in marketing to prove sales funnels and claim market lead.

Are you our new CMO Co-Founder?

Are you passionate about marketing, ASO, growing communities, improving marketing funnels and handling influencers?

We need you to ace:

• Executing and optimizing marketing funnels

• In-depth knowledge about Google Ads and Facebook Ads tools and know how to make them work for us

• Being adaptable to change and having a toolbox of knowledge to get the marketing working, essentially creating traction for the products of the developed technology

• App Store and Google Play optimization knowledge to climb rankings and improve conversion rates

It's a plus if you have:

• Past experience with designing marketing content materials

• Knowledge about ASMR, healthcare, lifestyle user segments

• Knowledge of remarketing to the healthcare segment

• Experience in building online communities

• Worked with and managed influencers as a marketing opportunity

• Tried our app solution and are aware of the competitor landscape

The ASMR triggers used by Somnia are customizable to users' preferences. Somnia uses Spatial 3D Audio for dynamic binaural audio, and 3D sounds evolves over time like small stories, creating a believable and immersive experience that helps users fall asleep faster.  All sounds and triggers in Somnia are produced by professionals and ASMRtists and are recorded in HD to create a genuine combination of tingling sounds.

We're a bunch of audio designers and e-commerce geeks. The team behind Somnia has over the last 5 years solved challenges within VR, AR, media production, 360 videos, art installations, apps and games. With our broad knowledge about digital media and sound we believe we can take Somnia to the highest level with you.

The present challenge is to secure a product/market fit through a Lean approach and proving marketing funnels. Furthermore, external investment is needed going forward and a strong, small co-founder team is therefore required. This is where you come in to fill the remaining gap in our team.
