Join the product team at a fast-moving startup. We need a talented digital product designer to be part of our journey.
GoodMonday is designing a B2B-platform for workplace experiences. A relation-based marketplace for SME, startups, and scale-ups, where companies can find and hire products and services from selected suppliers and vendors. We are based in Copenhagen and currently expanding in other European markets.
We are a small product team - currently strong at product delivery. Now, we want to grow our product discovery-abilities. We consider ourselves open and curious and always striving to be better than the day before. We are proud of what we do and we appreciate a good laugh. We enjoy our work, and we value each other as individuals and talented colleagues. It is important for us that chemistry fits..
As a Digital Product Designer you will have a high degree of influence on how our products work, look and feel to the customers, suppliers and internal users using our products. You’ll be working closely with an anthropologist, a senior product designer and our CTO/Head of product. As mentioned we value both discovery and delivery work, meaning that the ideal candidate should be able to shift from focusing on building the right thing, as well as supporting the delivery teams in building the thing right.
You have designed a digital product before.
You fall in love with the problem, rather than the solution.
You enjoy engaging in challenges with many unknowns and high levels of uncertainty.
You are able to switch from abstract conversations to concrete details in a UI.
You are good at divergent thinking, assessing multiple ideas, and...
You can turn a fuzzy concept into a tangible map, sketch, prototype, job story etc.
You have most likely worked in start-up, scale-up or agency.
You work confidently in tools such as Sketch, XD, Axure, Marvel, InVision, and Figma.
You are good at collaboration with development teams, providing information/guidance on design as needed, review and validate output, give constructive feedback.
You believe in basic agile values and principles adapted to the situation and the context.
You believe in the strength of communication - to ask and be asked.
If you also know something about remote teams, frontend technologies, online marketing, animation, illustration, or graphic design it will be a huge plus!
Please send your application before Feb. 21.
