LifeX is a rapidly-growing company whose mission is to make anyone feel at home, anywhere in the world. In 2 short years, we have grown to over 60 apartments in the center of Copenhagen, Berlin, Munich, Paris, Vienna, and London with more than 300 active members. With early investment from Founders, Cherry.vc, and stellar angel investors, we are planning to scale rapidly to take over Europe and beyond.

In this position, you will be in a fast-growing international startup with a great and talented international team. You will have 30 co-workers based in 6 cities.

You will be responsible for the whole demand side of our business, owning our user journey from awareness to a signed contract. Your key metric will be occupancy, but you will help set pricing internationally, evaluate the potential of new cities and projects, and attract new partners to work with us.

We have strong organic growth, with more than 80% of our leads being inbound, so your role will be to spread the awareness of LifeX and help us become the top brand associated with co-living.We expect that you have experience in scaling a startup internationally, as well as the experience of managing a small marketing team.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow the demand team (currently four full-time)

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure there is end-to-end understanding of demand metrics

• Develop and implement a category winning growth strategy that includes content, SoMe and PR

• Take a data-driven, trial-and-error based approach to optimize conversions and validate hypotheses

• Help craft compelling messaging that align with our brand

• Manage our performance marketing

• Own our commercial website and its performance across different customer journeys

Who you are

• Proven experience within marketing space

• In-depth practical experience with Google Adwords and Facebook

• Proven track record with SEO and PPC

• A data-driven and number-savvy mindset

• Solid English written communication skills

• A team player with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with other teams

• Experience from living in multiple countries is a big plus

• Good knowledge of essential web technologies (HTML, CSS)

• A big plus is good knowledge of Google Analytics, Hubspot, Webflow

• Not allergic to dogs :)
