Who we are looking for:
At the moment, we are looking for a Search Marketing Specialist, to join our Marketing team situated in Copenhagen as soon as possible. You will help us grow our attract new customers, by targeting various people working in accounting, auditing, law, finance or HR-departments within some of the largest companies in Europe. As our Search Marketing Specialist you’ll take on a newly established role within Penneo, reporting to our Head of Marketing, Gautier Garin. You have a big impact on the technical part, from marketing to sales but also design, making sure to set up some ads online that will help our commercial success. Responsibilities and mandate
- Create all online ads including processes, requirements, tactics and execution
- Evaluate link building and social media strategies
- Traffic reporting, analytics, key performance indicators, and metrics
- Enhance lead generation, capture, and reporting systems
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization/marketing
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Competitive analysis (e.g., keyword research, strategies, ads)
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy
What makes you special
· 2-3 years of hands on SEO and SEM experience is highly appreciated
· You are talented when it comes to work with pictures, videos and design, you can design yourself ads
· You love hearing about customers needs and you’re curious to understand their pains
· You focus on the customers’ processes as you want to solve their problems
· You enjoy working within different areas and you are not afraid to be hands on.
· You own a Master degree in Digital Marketing, Business Development, Communication, Design or International Business.
