Job Description:
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.
In the position, you'll be responsible for understanding our customers and their needs and collaborate with the rest of the team when designing and planning out a project. You'll be working on enhancing our products in usability and functionality. The main focus of your job will be justifying design decisions based on user-testing new solutions and overall user-centered design knowledge.
The right person for this role will have the ability to learn by doing and will not be afraid of taking ownership even though it might seem frightening at first.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate user requirements and behavior in collaboration with product managers and developers.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
Forming wireframes, user flows and prototypes on products and collaborating with developers
Collaborate with different teams in-house. Especially with our in-house graphical designers.
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends, actively learn about new technologies & apply them into operations and activities.
Customer support throughout the year.
Qualifications:
Commitment until at least the end of 2021 to ensure the continuity of the team & your own learning.
Good collaboration skills (e.g., coordinating, building consensus, influencing without authority, listening, being open to other perspectives)
Portfolio of design projects.
1+ years of experience in UI/UX designing.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse design software & techniques.
