Role description

Habity is growing and new challenges approaching to offer personalization and world class property search. To achieve this we need to scale our engineering department with data scientists. The persons we are looking for should be able to take full responsibility for the task and not be afraid of failing.

How you are?

• You are an independent thinker, and should be able to work autonomously

• You know how to perform online testing methodologies and know the importance of metrics

• You are capable of taking on loosely defined problems and translating complex thinking into practical application for diverse audiences

• You are a communicative person who values building strong relationships with colleagues and partners and enjoys mentoring and teaching others

• You are able to apply coding skills to write analysis scripts and production code

• You managing your time time to achieve and exceed tight deadlines and ambitious goals.

• You are economically aware and managing resources with respect.

• You never discriminate on the basis of religion, origin, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability.

• You like having fun and sometimes fail.

Experience

• 3 to 5+ years of relevant applied experience

• Degree or higher in computer science, statistics, or mathematics or another quantitative discipline

• Technical competence to perform advanced analytics

• Experience with analytics & visualization tools

• Experience performing analysis with large datasets

• Goal orientated with a strong sense of that nothing is impossible.

• Fluent in Swedish & English.
