Mission

The mission of this role is to maintain the successful processes to support Airtame employees across the organization. The IT Support Specialist will ensure that repetitive tasks are automated as well as obtain data that will help enhance Airtame’s end-user support to a high satisfaction standard. Ideally, you have 2+ years experience in an IT Support role. It would be considered a big plus is you have some first hand experience with scripting languages.

Outcomes

• Create a brief on-boarding presentation and documents for new hires.

• Own the process for ordering hardware across all offices together with Finance.

• Write policies that balance an open IT environment with security enterprise needs.

• Create scripts to automatically install commonly used applications on all platforms.

• Create scripts to automatically sync user account state across our different systems.
