IT Systems Operations (SysOps) Engineer (Caption Health, California)

Salary Competitive

Caption Health was founded in 2013 on a simple but powerful concept: what if we could use technology to emulate the expertise of highly trained medical experts and put that ability into the hands of every care provider? Caption Health's vision is to move specialty diagnostics and decision making to the point of care for every patient exam. They are developing AI software that empowers healthcare providers with new capabilities to acquire and interpret ultrasound exams.

Caption Health depends upon SysOps Engineers for the development, operation, and improvement of critical business systems. You will architect and deploy integrated software and hardware solutions to enable a delightful user experience in and out of the office. You will give a face to Caption Health's internal technology infrastructure and services and often be the first point of contact for internal IT concerns. Your ability to break down complex topics into simple terms will assist and educate users, empowering them to self-serve where appropriate. Your people skills and empathy will help you understand the needs of your users and develop trust.
