They are developing AI software that empowers healthcare providers with new capabilities to acquire and interpret ultrasound exams.

As a Senior Android Developer, you will be building a deep learning-driven, mobile product for use in medical environments.

What you will be doing at Caption Health

• Design, build and maintain an Android library that integrates the results of our deep learning algorithms into a user-friendly interface

• Integrate their application with ultrasound device partners

• Build a robust automated testing frameworks to meet regulatory standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product partners

• Demonstrate and uphold high engineering standards and bring consistency/improvements to their codebases and processes.

Things that make you a good fit

• Preferably 5 years of industry experience in building and shipping native Android applications

• Excellent software engineering skills

• Extensive knowledge of Java

• Strong teamwork ethic, passion for learning and desire to seek new challenges

Appreciated but not required

• Experience with mobile peripheral devices

• Experience working in the medical or a similarly regulated industry
